What a difference 6 days away make, the sun was shining into my garden by this time a week ago. Now I see a little bit of light on one part of the fence. I noticed it yesterday evening as well - the change of the suns position as it sets. The seasons are changing, the weather not so much 😒. <a href="https://aus.social/tags/Autumn" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Autumn</a>. This heat though does mean that I get to go swimming 🏊🏼‍♀️ this morning & even though I’ve been walking, I have missed the pool & my morning swims. NikaWent to pool swimming yesterday as part of my training. I already see improvements and my trainer asked if I can swim crawl style. Of course I can but with little stamina it gets hard quickly. And I’d rather train stamina first than train a bad technique. Nevertheless I did 25m front crawl and my trainer was impressed. Breathing timing was good and very good mobility in the shoulders. Weirdly quiet in the lap pool though, even though the car park was pretty full. People must be at other classes there. I think I’m going to head to the pool 🏊🏼‍♀️ again this morning. Due to school swim carnivals the time for lone swimmers is difficult to find & today is the last day there is no carnival. Thirty four years ago today my beautiful daughter was born, it was another 2wks until I actually met & held her & another 3wks after that before she was officially declared as my daughter. It was quite a stressful time as it all happened in another country with a language I didn’t understand but it’s been the best thing I have ever done. My daughter has grown to be an incredibly loving, caring woman & mother in her own right.
